- Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), Google account identifier (when you sign in with Google), and profile avatar (if provided).
- Billing & wallet information: wallet balance, transaction history (such as top-ups and call charges), and payment processor identifiers like Stripe customer IDs. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: support requests, feedback, and other messages you send to us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage & device information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent, and actions taken in the app.
- Call-related information: dialed phone numbers, call start and end times, call duration, call status (for example, connected, failed, completed), and approximate call cost. We do not record or store call audio unless explicitly stated and consented to in a separate feature or agreement.
2.3 Information from third parties (Google)
When you choose "Login with Google", we receive information from Google such as your Google account ID, name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used solely for authentication, account creation, and improving your experience in the Service.
